After the Midterm break, we had 7 weeks of gymnastics with Niall from Headstart Coaching. The boys and girls from Junior to First learnt how to develop the basic movement actions of jumping, rolling, transferring weight, balancing,
and turning using a variety of body parts. They practised rocking and rolling activities
leading to the forward roll. The kids also learnt to keep their backs straight and bend their knees when landing. It was amazing to see the progress made in a short period of time.
